    The staff here are excellent, and this is honestly the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever visited! Even the taste of the food feels different from other locations it actually tastes better here😁 The environment is also quiet and pleasant, which makes it a nice place to sit and enjoy your meal. However, the one thing that is really disappointing is that there are no drink refills like many other locations offer. Also, for ketchup or napkins you have to go back to the counter every time, and sometimes it’s so busy that the staff don’t notice someone waiting there, especially because of the walls around the counter. Aside from that, the overall experience here is very good thanks to the cleanliness, great staff.

    I want to share a concern about the McFlurries I have been receiving. Almost every time I order an Oreo, M&M, or another McFlurry flavor, the toppings are not mixed properly. The toppings are usually placed only on the top of the ice cream, while the rest of the cup is just plain vanilla. For example, I recently ordered an Oreo McFlurry, and about halfway through the cup it was completely white vanilla ice cream with no Oreos mixed in at all. It was very frustrating because I paid extra for the Oreo flavor, but most of the ice cream tasted like plain vanilla. Whenever I ask the staff if the McFlurry was mixed, I am told that it was, but when I eat it, it clearly was not. It seems like the toppings are just placed on top instead of actually being mixed throughout the ice cream. When I ask for more Oreos to make up for it, I am told I have to pay extra, even though the original order was not prepared correctly. As a customer, I simply want the McFlurry to be prepared the way it is supposed to be, with the toppings properly mixed throughout the ice cream and maybe a little extra on top. I pay for an Oreo or M&M McFlurry because I want that flavor throughout the whole cup, not just vanilla ice cream with a few toppings on top. I hope this feedback helps improve the preparation of McFlurries so customers can receive the product they are paying for. Thank you.

    Excellent Customer service! Food is fresh and very quick. Susan is the best ! She’s very friendly and kind . Also the Manager Bella is very nice. I dropped my coffee and Susan helped me. Thanks so much for the fantastic experience!

    Food is usually what I ordered. Since there is rarely anyone at the register you should think about adding a bell or device to notify staff that someone is waiting to be served.

    Feb 7 2026 6:45pm I frequent this location as it is a few minutes from my home and sometimes I'll get unhappy and unfriendly staff. The staff that have served me in the past, they just get through the order and hand it to you. They're not very welcoming or friendly, but I still visit because sometimes, though rarely, there are pleasant staff. I placed my order at the drive thru and the person taking my order sounded like an impatient girl. I could barely get a word in. She was rude. Then the girl at the window just said my name and just kept pushing her debit machine closer and closer to me. I looked behind her to see a young female employee give me a grumpy look. I didn't get a receipt because they know they were rude and they know you need a receipt to fill out a survey. At the very least, the food tasted fine. I was the only vehicle and they still had me park and wait for a plain cheeseburger and fries. Maybe they are having a bad day, but, they are all wearing headsets and can hear the order. I said I was redeeming my points and was rudely interrupted by your team member taking my order. I know how the app works. We obviously should not be using our phones while driving, but the staff expect you to blurt out your code the second they greet you at the drive thru speaker, order quickly and speak to you as if it's your first time ordering at McDonald's. The app takes a few seconds to load. The coupon code doesn't immediately pop up. Give your app and your customers a moment. I'm so upset because I WAS THE ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU. Why the attitude and dirty looks? You're in customer service at a fast food restaurant. Be better. May 2025: Susan is so lovely. There was a general manager that brought the food to our table and was friendly as well. They were very professional. The food was perfect. I ended up going again later in the evening at the drive-thru to pick up a happy meal, and the girl at the drive-thru window was just so delightful!
