  On January 11th we went to Kelsey's because it's usually one of my favourite casual dinner spots but today my experience was extremely horrible we arrived 2 hours before closing we were seated in a nice booth and we're ready to order almost immediately since we are regulars when we sat at the booth we noticed left over food still on the chair and it also took 20min for our waiter to finally come and take our order once we gave her our order the food came at a nice time but to find our waiter again or even just any waiter was almost impossible I would've liked to have had another drink with my meal but finally gave up after 15-20min of waiting for her to come by. over all a really bad experience on the service that we were given hope to see this be improved in the future

  Had a really great experience at Kelsey’s thanks to Jennifer. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted. She checked in at the right times without being overbearing and kept a positive, genuine attitude the whole visit. You can tell she truly cares about providing good service. Would definitely be happy to have her as our server again.

  Levana was an awesome server for us during this visit. It was my wife’s birthday and she really knew how to treat as well. We’re not surprised as we normally have a great experience at Kelsey‘s when we go, usually over the holidays or for a family birthday. Thanks again to Levana and the Kelsey’s team. We will definitely be back.

  6 of us in total, 4 adults, 2 kids aged 8 & 11. Overall, we had a very good experience. Atmosphere was good, comfortable seating, most were very happy with their meals, plenty of food and good value. Two issues. I ordered the chicken parm. The chicken looked as though it had been reheated. It was too crunchy and over cooked. Other issue was time to provide drinks and put the meals before us. When we entered there were very few guests as it was around 4:30 in the afternoon. Several other guests arrived after that but it was no where near full and it took some time to get drink and food to the table. Still overall a good experience.

  A month ago we gave this same location 5 stars but our latest visit was nothing like that. First, it wasn't busy when we arrived. We were seated promptly at a lovely booth but there were food bits on it. We found someone to clean it. there servers were lovely when they served us and were helpful with food issues. The food we ordered was terribly overcooked. How do you have a chef working on wing night who overcooks wings? The chicken in the chicken parmesan was also overcooked. It was very very dark and hard. Even when we sent it back it was mediocre at best. The salad had the bottom of the lettuce head in it. Then the crowds for holiday parties started to come in and the servers disappeared. We had to go find someone for a pop refill and it all took so long that we didn't bother with dessert. It's a shame because we drove to this location based on a previous positive experience.
