Excellent staff, but I won’t be returning because of the consistently cold plate and cold food.

The chicken wings were undercooked and also cold, which is honestly unsafe. The Alfredo pasta wasn’t even cooked properly and tasted raw. On top of that, all the food arrived extremely late, even though the place wasn’t busy. The staff all seemed to be teenagers with no professionalism at all—no greetings, no apologies, nothing. To make it worse, the restroom was filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

She checked in on us at all the right times, gave great recommendations, and made everything feel really easy and enjoyable. Her smile is honestly infectious, it instantly put us in a good mood and made the whole experience feel even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Amazing service from start to finish. She definitely made our night, and I’d come back just to have her as our server again.

Always get the wings on Thursdays! 15 wings of your choice for ~$13 is a phenomenal deal (you must purchase any drink, however). We also love the $10 appetizers and cheap beers during happy hour (8 until closing) as well. I will say that the wings and service are hit or miss. From other reviewers and my personal experiences, the wings can either be super salty, bland, or just right. A few flavors I've seen the most success with are the cajun spice blend and the honey garlic! The service can either be splendid with super caring/attentive staff, or pretty average and them forgetting you were even seated. All in all, I highly recommend visiting when there are good deals going on, but be advised that the service can fluctuate, especially during peak times.
