- SMScott Martin4 days ago5.0First, I love Burger King. Much better than the other place with the creepy clown. We had a small issue with or order regarding the timing and missing items. I must say how impressed I am with the ability the staff member working the front counter had to empathize with the customer. After listening and reviewing the situation calmly, he proceeded to go above and beyond to make the customer happy with no attitude and a friendly smile and apology. My family left very happy and with a positive impression. I also noticed how the gentleman behind the counter was so patient and kind with a little girl who was very excited to get her Meal. This little girl wanted a tray so bad and at this time there were non available or clean. When the customers were all served, I watched this gentleman go to the back and wash a couple of trays for her. That my friends is awesome customer service! Thank you to the team working on Thursday Nov 20 2025 in the evening.

This time we ordered a double burger with fries and onion rings, and the food was fresh and tasty. The burger was made well with the right amount of sauce and toppings, and the fries were hot and crispy. The onion rings were also a nice touch — crunchy on the outside and soft inside, just how they should be. The service was quick and friendly, and our order came out exactly as we asked. The restaurant itself is super clean, bright, and feels well taken care of. The dining area is tidy and comfortable, and it’s nice to see that the staff keep everything organized even during busier times. Overall, a consistently good experience — reliable food, fast service, and one of the cleaner fast food spots in the area. Definitely a good go-to for a quick meal with the family.
