- HLHandlebarz Musky Lures3 days ago5.0Mary was the best waitress I’ve ever had at Swiss Chalet this was a fun night we had 7 in our party and she was happy fun bubbly and every order was correct which is not easy to do at restaurants these days. We’re probably going to be back tomorrow

She went above and beyond, making sure i got my CAA points and free spring rolls! This was such a refreshing experience compared to the rude dismissive service you get at many other fast food drive thrus!

The staff is courteous very friendly and the reason we come back here. Jinan is marvelous, Mary is like the aunt you want to see, Diane is wonderful. Winning team. Eulen is wonderful as well.

When we went to order donuts for my daughter she offered it complimentary to us! She was so nice and we will be back to visit very soon! Thanks, Diane!!

Wanted to go out for a simple dinner....... what we got was lousy service.....took for ever to serviced and then order was not fully completed drinks too way to long.... and then add to insult we were offered to take home what we didn't get for free..... The Quarter chicken dinner that I orderedthe piece of white meat was so small I thought it was child's dinner... Cold, dry chicken..... I will not entertain going back here for dinner.... I don't get it people go out for dinner they spent a fortune nowadays and we get service and food like this. No no no no I'm not gonna spend my money in places where they don't at least have good food.... Should I requested a refund? I didn't even finish my dinner.
