  i had ordered a 4 piece of tenders that cake with gravy and a side, and i was not given my gravy. when i returned to tell the workers of their mistake they had stated they JUST started making the gravy when i was leaving after getting my food, instead of telling me as i was leaving and making an accommodation they decided to allow me to leave without something i had PAID for. i am extremely dissatisfied with this place and appalled by this behaviour as I have been a frequent customer here for years, especially recently, ordering online every second or third weekend and receiving my food with zero issues, and the only other time i have had an issue was when they forgot our tenders last time but they were busy and had an excuse, this time they just ‘ran out of gravy’ and didn’t try to say anything, or make any accommodations about it just let me leave and find out after i was home and ready to eat.

  Very disappointing experience at KFC, especially for a $50 order. We tried to order the special chicken sandwich with pickles, were told they didn’t have it, and were offered a substitute—but when we got the food, there were no pickles. We also ordered two small poutines, and after paying, were told the gravy was “bad” and couldn’t be served. The refund process was confusing and they randomly gave us about $4 back without explanation. They were out of most sauces, out of Mountain Dew, and gave us the wrong drink (and couldn’t even confirm which was which). They also forgot to give us any sauces for our popcorn chicken, so we had to go back. Overall, the staff seemed disorganized and unprepared, and it felt like they were out of everything. Being told food items were “bad” also made us hesitant to eat anything—we honestly felt grossed out and worried about getting sick. On top of that, the food itself wasn’t good.

  Ordering what I wanted was an issue because I wanted an online special but they couldn't make it work in-store so I went across the street to Chicken Palace Renfrew and found the best chicken I have ever tasted. Sorry KFC never again.
