I was just there the food was excellent, the service was great we were informed walking through the door that there was going to be a delay . Which is understandable at a busy restaurant . The atmosphere was great with a friendly staff . There was a customer that had a complaint while I was in there and if he wasnt in a bad mood and would have let the staff figure his receipt out he would have had his order corrected but he was obviously in a bad mood and wouldn't give the staff a moment to figure out his order . Oh and by the way I was the customer that told the staff " the customer is always right "

Only thing lowering the atmosphere was a guy who was all fired up and wasnt letting the employees help him with his order but overall great otherwise.

My husband ordered 2 two piece meals, when he got home he had 2 pieces of chicken and two orders of fries. He went back to straighten things out at was met with 2 individuals who argued that this is what he had ordered. Rather than trying to straighten the issue out, they continued to argue with him. He left the food there, as he was leaving the man in the back said "hey, hey, the customer is always right" This argument took place with a number of people in the restaurant. My husband would have been more than happy to pay the difference and the issue could have been resolved by giving him 2 more pieces of chicken. We will never be back!

Absolutely sub par service. The poor girl at the counter had no idea how to keep up. The online orders were backed up so bad, and I waited half an hour for my order, after waiting 15 minutes outside to get in. They served people who ordered after me before me. Then I get home and my chicken is soggy. No crisp to it at all. Fries are half filled. Unbelievably bad.
