  Dont ever eat here or work here. They're unbelievably bigotted and closed minded I was made very uncomfortable by comments and actions. Chicken was soggy and disgusting. I know this is KFC but come on.. Worst kfc in the valley.

  The reopened restaurant is a mix of lazy service and below average care in food preparation. Picked up on a Friday at noon… Part of their chicken menu was not available?? The order in the boxes was incorrect. The young woman at the counter acted as if providing ketchup and utensils was a major inconvenience and she was doing us a favour filling the drink order.

  Went to kfc Renfrew for the first time since reopening. Got 2 box meals. The buns were stale and rock hard, lettuce was brown, fries were cold, pop corn chicken was less than half full, coleslaw was only half filled containers, and gravy was like water. Would not recommend and will not be returning

  Got two box meals tonight . My sandwich bun was so stale I couldn’t even bite it . 7 pieces in my small popcorn chicken . Gravy was water . Absolute waste of money won’t be back lesson learned .

  This may be the worst KFC in the Ottawa Valley, maybe even Ontario. Upon entry we were blatantly ignored by the two staff members working as they saw us and then disappeared into the back of the restaurant to continue their conversation for several minutes. Upon return the employee did not welcome us or give any sort of salutation, just stood there and awaited our order. The dining area and service counter were DISGUSTING. With garbage and grime everywhere, on the floors, on the ledges and counters and even on the walls! There was a cleaning bucket and rag left on the service counter. The area where the food is placed and passed to customers was coated in a thick mess of sticky old soda. The state of this restaurant is completely unacceptable. We ordered Two Festive wraps, a small fry and a drink. The wraps were not made correctly at all and both tortillas were stale and dry, cracking and falling apart. One wrap was even missing a large piece due to it being so stale and breaking apart before being served to us. Whoever made the wraps also didn’t do so correctly, as several ingredients were not even attempted to be put inside the tortillas. The fries were also stale, and very dry, assumingely an old batch they wanted to get rid of as they gave us much more than a small size is supposed to come with. Poor customer service, terrible cleanliness of the establishment, and stale ill prepared food makes this place a terrible choice for anyone seeking a solid meal. They have also had several fake reviews left here recently as you can see a group of 5-star reviews that have been left by accounts that have only reviewed places in other countries or very far away from Renfrew on Google. This is against Google TOS and all the fake reviews have been reported to Google and KFC Corporate as well. DO NOT TRUST AN ESTABLISHMENT FAKING REVIEWS. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE
