  👍 I was there on Friday Jan 2, 2026 late after noon. The staff was very nice and I enjoyed the good service.

  Frankly, subway has just been so deteriorated for quality. I'm not sure why, but this was the last place I tried before really exclaiming this is the new subway normal. I love a steak and cheese. For whatever reason, I tried 2 Oshawa locations, a downtown Toronto location and finally this location before eve leaving a review but I swear every single one tastes freezer burnt. I got a spicy Italian, just try and it was fine, because I thought maybe it was the bread.... Its always the most freezer-burnt tasting by the hinge of the bun. I hope they can fix it, because this has now even been spread out over a year just to make sure it wasn't just an area or specific establishment... As far as I can tell it's all of them so now I just don't even go there at all. I won't. Why would I? I loved subway my whole life and sadly this was the last one I was at before making this review. And fyi for this subway, it's not just you. Seems quite literally like all of them. Its really disappointing.

  I am a regular at this shop..always get the same sub..great canadian club on whole wheat. Last sub was horrible they ran out of whole wheat bread and replaced it with white. The bun was dry, crumbly and frankly disgusting.. the sandwhich was a complete waste of money. Tonight however, I decided to give it another go as that was the first time I was dissapointed..it could have been a one time thing. Nope..same thing, ran out of whole wheat bread at 7:00 on a sat evening..replaced with white , dry staled bread. Couldn't eat it, fell apart. Very little sauce and toppings. So dissapointed. Won't be back.

  If you don't get someone that cares you're not going to get a decent sandwich, or be vocal about your toppings or you're not getting them. I know everyone says it but these employees really do act like the toppings are coming are out of their salary. I'm a local that visits sometimes twice a week but after today I'm done.
