They didn’t even give us any of our sauces or ketchup. There was supposed to be sweet and sour sauce for the chicken fries, marinara sauce for the mozzarella fries, and ketchup for the fries. And they were so rude the entire time too. When I went to place my order, the guy didn’t even say hi or anything, just stared at me. Same when my order was done, just walked away without giving me a receipt. And same when I got my food. Just put the bags in front of me and walked away. They weren’t even busy, I was the only customer. A simple “hi there, how can I help you” or a “would you like some ketchup” or “here’s your order, take care” goes a long way. Zero customer service standards at this location, and head office will apologize, but not actually do anything about it. I came here on Friday November 28 at 3:39pm (order #7). I ordered extra burger patties on our sandwiches, and was told they had to give me the extra patties on the side instead of on the burgers, because “that’s what his manager says”. I’ve never been to a Burger King location where when you order extra burger patties, they give it to you on the side. I shouldn’t have to assemble my own burger when I order an extra burger patty. Transaction #002641. Also, they wouldn’t give me a receipt until I asked for one. Probably so I couldn’t have a point of reference to leave a negative review.
