However, they recently made an error on my child’s sub that had already been given to them for lunch. I called and emailed, even asked for a manager, and received no response at all. There was zero accountability for their mistake and absolutely no customer service. I will not be ordering from them again.

Today I decided to try the steak and bacon sub again and the servers needed a lot of directions to make it and all J added was cheese and bacon. I specifically asked twice for my receipt and when I paid I asked again and the fellow on cash said it was in the bag. When i got home there was not receipt. Which I needed for my income tax. The store is short staffed and one fellow speaks very little English. I have been there three times recently and have had two bad experiences.
