Instead of being apologetic I got attitude and rudeness. There is at least ten options for me to pick on my way to work. This used to be my favourite. Not anymore.

Patty was dry, over cooked, and cold. Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. Drive thru was fast but when you over pay for a meal (way too expensive even if cooked right nowadays) I expect the quality to be on par with other locations. Since we got back on the 401 right away there was no option to return to complain and demand a replacement. I was not just disappointed... ...I was angry. It was very bad! My son also complained about his meal. Waste of money.

Helped us take things out to our vehicle. He provided some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Also superior coffee to the competitor!
