  Food is great, but the service is not amazing. Every time I have been my food has been delayed/late and the staff is not very welcoming. Also, I have been with my friends and the door was open and we ordered but there was no staff and we had been waiting for our food for around 30 minutes. Slightly disappointed but overall the food is great.

  Frustrating experience. The hours of operation were not as advertised. After a full day of travel and arriving from an international flight into YYZ, I rushed to arrive before closing, as the website indicated a 10:00 p.m. closing time on Friday night. Unfortunately, the location was already closed when I arrived at approximately 9:45 p.m. The hours posted on the window listed a 10:00 p.m. closing time on Fridays. The store was clearly closed much earlier, with no staff present, no explanation posted, and an automated drive-thru message instructing customers to return during “regular hours of service.” Accurate and consistent hours are an important part of customer service. This was a disappointing experience, especially after making a special effort to get there, and it’s the kind of situation that risks losing customer trust.

  I’ve gone twice now before 8 to this locations drive through and the message is they are closed. Web site says they are open til 10. Terrible customer service

  Hard to believe the front door has been nearly impossible to open for months now. It’s a huge accessibility barrier. Additionally, the kiosks don't support coupon scanning, and without a bell at the front, I waited 4 minutes just to be acknowledged. Huge shoutout to Michelle, though! She is an incredible asset to this location and was the only highlight of the visit. She was fast and professional despite the tech and building issues.

  Sat in the drive thru and was ignored until I came into the store. I sat there a yelled hello a few times to no answer. Finally, some middle aged lady pops around the corner and takes my order. Idk if 8pm is break time but at least 1 person should be up front to help customers. This isn’t the first time it’s happened and I doubt it’ll stop happening to people until the owner or manager does something about it. I’d avoid this place and make the drive to Mary browns.
