  This was one of the most disgusting and disappointing service experiences I have ever had in my life. From start to finish, everything about this order was handled with complete carelessness and zero professionalism. If your staff does not want to do their job properly, then you should not be accepting orders at all. At the very least, a customer deserves to have their order taken correctly and prepared with basic attention and respect. This was my first time ever ordering from your store, and I honestly feel angry and embarrassed that I chose this place. I regret it deeply. I will never order from here again, and I will also make sure that others are aware of how horrible this experience was. The level of service I received was beyond unacceptable—it was absolutely disgusting. Every single item in my order was damaged, poorly prepared, and completely ruined. This was not a delivery issue in any way. The damage was clearly done before the order even left your store. Whoever prepared my order showed zero care, zero responsibility, and zero concern for hygiene, quality, or customer satisfaction. It honestly looked like my order was thrown together without any thought, as if it did not matter at all. The condition in which I received my food was shocking. It was messy, crushed, and looked completely unsafe and unappetizing. No customer should ever be served food that looks this bad. It raises serious concerns about how your kitchen operates, how your staff is trained, and whether basic standards are followed at all. If this is how orders are normally handled, then this place should seriously reconsider being in business. What makes this even worse is that there was no sense of accountability or effort to make things right. The entire experience shows a complete lack of respect for customers and their money. I paid for a proper service and instead received a ruined order and an extremely negative experience that wasted my time and left me completely frustrated. This kind of service is unacceptable, unprofessional, and frankly disgusting. I expect much better from any business that claims to serve customers. This experience has permanently damaged my trust in your store, and I will never return.

  We enjoyed lunch out here and the food was up to Harvey’s standards, however, the washrooms were not. As a handicapped person, having the washroom stall for handicapped people is not acceptable. I complained and got excuses. The plumber is coming, we are replacing it, we have the parts, none of this makes it ok. The washroom cleanliness is more than a wipe around the floor. The other stalls had no place to hang my cane, no hook for my purse, difficulty flushing. The woman next to me said her toilet would not flush. The person previous to me had not flushed so she obviously had a difficult time as well. The water at the sink was stone cold and dribbled out of the tap. My husband said the same about his washroom. The washroom neglect as we head into winter was unacceptable.

  Place is good for food but you can’t use restroom without buying anything . This makes you uncomfortable. They have restroom use restrictions on front door
