We have been going here since it opened but will never return. The new staff are horrible and rude. Major attitude problems. It was better here when they hired Port Dover locals. Now it's staffed by the Brampton/905 crowd who couldn't care less about customer service. What a shame.

I am not from port Dover. But I stopped in one day and it was pretty frantic. The boy at the counter and the girl on expo were phenomenal at handling the crowd. HOWEVER there was this short grey haired woman who was just a pillow filled with tacks. She was loudly belligerent to the other staff because they were a little busy. Her voice carried across the dining room. Mean and just disgusting attitude. Kudos to the staff putting up with her. I won’t be back because of her

We had a great experience at this location! Jacob did an excellent job taking our order he was friendly, professional, and even made us smile. It’s always nice when great customer service makes the visit even better. Thanks, Jacob! We will be back.

1:35pmish Sept. 19,2025. We just went to the store and the person that greeted us at the door said it was cash only and just made it seem like it was a bother that we were there at all. She went behind the counter to take our order and said that all systems were down in southern Ontario, which was fine because we had cash. She was an older woman with glasses and short hair. She then started taking our order, but then stopped midway to start arguing with someone in the drive-through and she was visibly agitated, making it very uncomfortable. She returned to the counter to continue taking our order and I had asked if she had already got my husband‘s order in and she said yes, so then I started doing my order and then my husband went to add on a gravy and then she said in a very rude way to him, “what are you even getting it with?”
My husband had to walk out and I followed because the service was absolutely appalling and that woman needs to get her attitude in check. Maybe she needs to work in the back because they obviously can’t handle pressure and losing business. I won’t return.
