- KFKyle Foerster1 day ago1.0I’ve been contemplating leaving a review for a while in an attempt to chalk it up to be that she’s having a hard shift but every time I go, and I’m served by An older woman with short hair and glasses she is the most unpleasant person to deal with in the food industry to the point where my seven-year-old son asked me when left the drive-through today why is she always so mean and angry? Her tone and demeanour is as if you’re a burden that you’re there, she will purposefully hold the debit machine as close to the window so that you have to lean out your car to tap it.. God forbid you ask for anything like today for a straw with my drink..she actually grabbed my food out of my hand again before handing it back aggressively, then gave me the paper straw instead of the bigger wider one meant for shakes which I’m only assuming was on purpose because she’s upset that I asked,again I’m just assuming. Before leaving this comment, I check to see if other people have had the same experience with her and I wasn’t disappointed there have been multiple others with the same experience with her. I’m never fond of advising a business of taking corrective action or letting someone go but I truly don’t think she enjoys working there and this may not be the right fit for her. All other staff seem nice though.

Waited 20 minutes in th3 drive thru line afterwords only THEN be told I had to go inside for a mobile order. This would've have been an issue if they told me that at the drive thru speaker!
