I enjoy going swiss chalet but this site never again. Horrible, owner and staff should be disappointed in themselves for even serving this .

- APAdam PummSep 30, 20251.0As a regular customer here, the staff is great at this location, but unfortunately there are repeated indications that the franchise owner may be a cheapskate. They do not have any utensils, ketchup, or even napkins available in the dining room, meaning you have to bother the busy staff just to get a napkin. A side of fries I received from Swiss Chalet last week was (by far) the smallest I’ve ever seen across hundreds of Swiss Chalet orders in my life. It was less than half the normal size. Tonight, barely any bacon on the Harvey’s large bacon poutine (see photo). This is about 25% of the amount of bacon given at the Lundy’s Lane location. For 17 dollars you can at least put a normal amount of protein. To ownership: Stop skimping and start treating your loyal customers with respect. After all, we are the ones that pay your bills. PS: stop it with the fake 5* reviews also, everyone can tell they are fake.
