I wont say that the food was bad, but there was a big indian guy who i think was not happy with us, i dont know maybe because we ordered 6 subs and he was trying to make our food in a hurry. The girl who was initially making our food was good.

Sanket was amazing! Went above and beyond for us. Friendly and most importantly made a BANGER sub for the two of us!! 10/10 would recommend!

Local Subway in Port Carling. Went there today. Not sure if the fellow behind the counter was the owner or not, but either way, kind of a jerk. Wasn’t expecting a bonus order of passive aggression with my turkey sub!😂 I’ve eaten a few subs in my time, and this was … certainly one of them🥱The ingredients were ok, though watching him squeeze avocado toothpaste from a prepackaged mostly empty plastic bag was less than sexy. The advertised sandwich indicated cheddar cheese and yet his first question, asked as if the answer was already a given was, “do you want white cheese?”. I had to step back a moment and avert my eyes to the menu above. Yup, cheddar as thought. “No, I’ll have the sandwich as described”. This set off a series of unintended consequences! When the sandwich came out of the toaster (cheddar unmelted and the bread still cold) I was not asked what veggies I wanted! Apparently, I had been relieved of that burden! When I stopped his aggressive assemblage, to point out what I wanted) (and didn’t want) he puffed out his chest and pointed to the menu, reminding me of my choice to have it as advertised. For the uninitiated among you, the menu does not stipulate which veggies. That is always your choice. Except here, apparently, without having to insist! His hostility was kind of funny actually. I’m guessing, given his attitude and the sad look of the displayed items (roast beef that looked like the fatty tailing thrown away a week ago, “piri-piri” chicken that had the all the visual appeal of sawdust clumps, and ofcourse the avocado sluice), that business has been slow. Well, perhaps he’ll use his time to enjoy the landscape and fun upbeat businesses nearby. I certainly will!😉
