I got an OG double cheese burger and honestly it tasted good, but my god was it greasy. Driiiiiiippping with grease. I was soaking it up and it was turning napkins see through. Used up all my napkins soaking that up. Randy Bobany of the Sunnyvale trailer park would love this place.

Got the OG cheeseburger and the patty was overcooked and dry. I remember 2010s BP to have juicy almost pink on the inside hearty burgers and this one was similar to a mcdouble. Looks like the quality has really gone down. The poutine was also disappointing. The fries are cardboard with no salt as if sitting for too long. Cheese curds were nice but gravy lacks flavor. Over $20 for my combo which didnt include a drink. Wouldn't go back to be honest.

Genuinely a waste of $20. Burgers tasted like something that belongs on the $3 Wendy’s menu. Prepare to be disappointed as their burgers are flavourless and bland. Disappointment to all smash burgers everywhere else. That’s if you can even call this a real burger 💀

Orders through online for delivery, 4 orders and all 4 came wrong. Called the store to see if our order could be remade or perhaps this was someone else's order and ours was still there. No one answered. Called 10 times. Order was $77. Contact customer service online and they said the best they can do was issue a $40 credit to order another time, they said refunds or remakes are only issued through the store and it will take them 2-3 business days to contact us. Customer service online said to just try to keep calling the store.

Musa was amazing! The Vegetarian “Impossible Burger” was great! We dropped in for a burger on Monday for the first time and came backmon Weds with a craving for a great burger and fries. The service and food are top notch! Ty Highly Recommend..
