  Tried the bacon tomato soup and side salad, both are delicious and everything tastes homemade. I can't tell you how good the soup is, it just hits different. Def my new go to spot, and price was actually good, not over priced like other places

  Went there for a friend's birthday and very happy that we did. All our dishes were delicious. The brussel sprouts appetizer was incredible. The chicken lettuce wraps was a little small for sharing among 4 people. The Cobb salad was fresh, yummy & plentiful. The fries that come with the burger is very good & has nice seasoning. The dill sause served with the fries is delicious. We had the bread pudding cake and have to say it was very good. The service was great too. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

  Had a really great experience at State & Main Pickering last night sitting at the bar. Drinks were on point, the Espresso Martini and Caesar were both really well made and came out quick. The pretzel bites were a solid start, and both the teriyaki bowl and burger were fresh, flavorful, and came out fast. Service is what really stood out. LISA and RYLEA were phenomenal, super friendly, attentive, and just on it the whole time. They really made the whole experience memorable. Everything exceeded expectations. One of the best bar experiences I’ve had in Pickering. 10/10, we’ll definitely be back.

  I recently visited State & Main with my gf and had a really great experience. The food was amazing and everything we ordered was well prepared, flavorful, and came out hot and fresh. You can see that they take pride in the quality of their menu. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the service. Our waitress, Bushra, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. She checked in at the perfect times, gave helpful recommendations, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Good food brings people in, but great service is what makes you want to come back and then some and Bushra definitely delivered that. Thanks to her, our whole experience at State & Main was even better than expected. I’d definitely recommend this spot and hope you’re lucky enough to have Bushra as your server.

  Had an amazing experience at State and main in Pickering tonight. The food came out right on time, everything was hot and tasted great, and the whole atmosphere made it a really enjoyable night for me and the people at my table. But the real highlight was our waitress Bushraa. Her customer service was honestly A1. She checked in with us at all the right moments, made sure we had everything we needed, and kept the whole table taken care of without us ever having to ask. You can tell she really cares about giving people a great experience. Because of her, the night went smoothly from start to finish. Great service, great food, great vibe. 10/10 — would definitely recommend. If you go, ask for Bushraa!
