- AKA KApr 2, 20261.0This McDonalds has the worse service of all McDonalds. Went in on April 1st and purchased a grilled wrap and cheeseburger deluxe. The wrap was made, but it took 10 minutes for them to make a cheeseburger deluxe which is one of the smaller burgers off the value menu. The grilled wrap was just sitting there getting cold while other customers were getting their food. Had several empathetic customers make comments that I was still waiting for food when they came minutes after me. It's called fast food for a reason. After 10 minutes got a refund. No apologies for wasting my time. Absolutely terrible service. Avoid this McDonalds. Go to the one at Port Union or Brock Road. Better managed. This place is terrible.
