Last time took forever, but I timed it tonight and it took THIRTY-SIX minutes for a burger! There is no excuse for this, totally unacceptable, with the weakest apology ever. Never this location again.

Probably the best burger I’ve ever had.
Had the Holy Smokes. So delicious.
For the same price as the major fast food chains you are getting a premium burger. Why would you even consider eating elsewhere.
They only fast food burger that might come close. Is a Harvey’s Big Angus.
But Burger Priest is a higher quality burger.
Definitely recommend if you crave a good burger.

Honestly, Dec 23 worst experience ever. I ordered 2 burgers and fries. The girl didn’t listen to the order correctly and I didn’t look at my receipt. Came back after 20 mins, food was ready, I left that zoo of a mall. Half way home realized no fries in my bag. So I called before turning around to ask them if they can have it ready. I come she is like you didn’t get charged for the fries. Knowing how frustrating it was to get in and out of the mall, she should have offered it for free. Nope, made me pay. Extra annoyed the first person didn’t listen to my order correctly, and the second person had no customer service. She could’ve told me on the phone I didn’t pay for it and I would have continued home. I called the owner, who said on my next visit I can get a free meal, but it’s besides the point, your staff need to learn de-escalation and compassion, all she could have said was I acknowledge your frustration and I am sorry for the miscommunication, and I would have left fine, instead of making it 50x worse by her attitude.

Very poor experience. Got the “Stern fries” and they were just big chunks of onion. More onions than fries. Also got the double bacon cheeseburger and the double California classic. The burgers were ok, 5/10.
