We noticed the menus were different for example one had festive meal as $17:49 and the other $18.49 when asked the server said the less amount was for a former special. But she will honor that. Meal came my chicken was cold but it was dinner time and we were hungry driving from Montreal very tired. The bill came We paid separately and on it was not as discussed but the new prices, plus I had dark meat and my girlfriend has white meat. Our desserts were different as well. We pointed this out, I had already paid but the server said she will give me back the difference. We left and today while chatting we realized we never got the chocolates as advertised on the menu. This was not the first time we came here. The server was very apologetic and pleasant we had no issues with her. In fact she was very nice. But as a general experience overall it was poor. Oh a nice experience was her asking if the music was to loud which we appreciated as it was loud. You need more servers especially on a Saturday plus the front desk should have someone present. Food could be serve earlier to avoid it going cold. French fries was very small like the ends, we had to ask for butter. Overall this left a very bad experience again for us. Maybe one of the franchise owner should be on-site to facilitate the customer service experience and to see what improvements can be made.
