Honestly, this is is the worst branch of the Swiss Chalet . I'm very surprised that the Franchise management doesn't do anything about it. I had twice takeout and on both time I was quite disappointed. Not only the portions were super small, but also there was an unknown object in one case . It seems you are ordering leftovers. That's why I changed my restaurant to the one close to the Whites road which is a decent restaurant .

Swiss Chalets has been my go to for as far back as I can remember and have always been pleased but the size of the quarter chicken I receive today with my lunch was rediculously small. I got ripped off. This will definitely make me rethink going to the Brock & Kingston Rd Pickering location ever again. I would have went back to complain but I was working and did not have the time. DISAPPOINTED!!! to say the least.

Incorrect hours of operation posted. Arrived 90 minutes before posted closing and told us would have to eat quickly so they could close. The food was cold and burnt. The baked potato was covered in a cold and gummy cheese sauce. Definitely services at this location have gone way downhill.
