Very disappointing experience. The vegetables were not fresh they looked frozen and unappetizing. The store itself was messy, which made things worse. I didn’t even place an order and left without getting anything. I won’t be coming back.

A few days ago, we happened to see an online promotion from Subway: Buy 1 Get 1 Free, valid from 2nd to 8th February. It was an awesome deal, and because of this offer, we visited 2–3 times to enjoy our meals. We absolutely love the Subway tuna sandwich. The staff was very good and friendly, especially Garima and Dhara. We would kindly request you to continue offering such kind of promotions occasionally, so that we can visit more often. Thank you!

Unbelievable. I went to here with the intention of getting 6 subs. I let them know this before I started ordering and the lady goes "we dont have enough bread to give you 6 because we need some for other orders". So after a bunch of back and forth, i settled on 2 subs with the kind of bread that I didnt want, because I dont want to wait there an extra half an hour for bread that they should have had ready. THEN, she gets my order wrong. She said "I heard you say 2 tuna" when I clearly did not say anything such as I wanted steak and cheese. Instead of admitting her mistake, she dragged her coworker into the dispute and said they both heard me say tuna, basically ganging up on me. Like at least say youre sorry and offer me a cookie or something. Terrible customer service.

It was my first time trying Subway, and I had such a great experience. The place was clean, everything looked fresh, and the sandwich options were amazing. The staff member, Aman, was incredibly kind and helpful, she patiently explained the menu and helped me build the perfect sub. The service was quick, and the food tasted delicious. I will be coming here quite often.
