They have refused me using a coupon at this location more than once, only for me to go to the one up the street and they accept it. Have tried to make formal complaints but the manager is not around. If you can avoid this subway, I would, there is one north on brock rd that is far better service and quality of ingredients. I will now just drive past this location and go to the north one.
