We stayed a little longer while waiting, but there were plenty of empty tables. Despite that, the staff rudely told us to leave, claiming the store was busy. There was no reason for this treatment, and it came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. As paying customers, we should not be made to feel unwelcome when we weren’t causing any issues. Management needs to address how staff speak to customers, because this behaviour reflects badly on the brand.

We came in around 11 AM bought our food and decided to stay until about 3 PM while waiting for our car to be fixed. We were not being loud, disruptive, or causing any issues — just quietly sitting at a table. Despite this, the employee came over and forced us to leave, saying the store was “busy,” even though there were plenty of empty tables available. This was unnecessary, unwelcoming, and left us with a very negative impression of this Subway. We’ve always chosen Subway because it’s a comfortable place to grab a meal and relax, but unfortunately, this location made us feel the exact opposite. Stay away from this location.
