Today around 6 PM, I waited there for about 10 minutes, but the person working was super slow, so I decided to leave and went to the Dixie location instead. As soon as I walked in, I saw this guy and immediately felt happy because I knew it was going to be quick and a great experience. I had seen the same guy working at the Amberlea location last weekend and was genuinely amazed by his service back then too. I went in planning to get just one sub… but somehow ended up getting two 😂. I’m still processing how I got convinced so easily. Honestly though, it was totally worth it. The sandwiches were fresh, the service was fast, and the whole experience was wonderful. This guy has some serious skills you don’t see very often always smiling, joking around, and making customers feel welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back here only. Absolutely superb service!

I asked the sandwich artist to make a Veggie Patty sub, but instead they started making a Veggie Delite. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee said it was “too late” to change it, even though the sandwich was not completed. The employee was not wearing a name tag and refused to provide his name when I asked. He claimed that he was the supervisor and told me to “do whatever you want.” This behavior was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect staff to correct simple order mistakes and communicate respectfully. This experience left me very disappointed. I request that this issue be reviewed and appropriate action be taken to ensure better customer service in the future. Thank you for your attention.
