From the moment we arrived, the staff showed little interest in welcoming or engaging with guests—no smiles, greetings, or basic gestures of hospitality—which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The food was also quite expensive for the portion sizes. Most importantly, the staff need training to be more friendly and attentive to create a positive dining experience. We will not be returning until we see improvements reflected in the reviews and overall service.
