Customer Service was excellent, she was very polite and all smiles. I always thought this place was an American franchise and I stopped going because of that. I saw an ad on TV that this is purely Canadian owned, happy to know that. I am recommending that you put a verbiage below the sign New York Fries saying "purely Canadian" that would set the record straight for those who do not know 😉
