- BBbeatriz bayes4 days ago1.0This is one of the worst locations of McDonald’s in the Durham area. I forgave them for past mistakes such as missing items on our orders or sometimes employee rudeness. But today’s issue I definitely cannot let pass. I ordered 3 cheeseburgers through the App. One of the cheeseburgers was literally covered in black pepper, it ended up being inedible!! It was as if the person who prepared it dropped his pepper shaker on it but didn’t bother to clean it up or give a new patty. This is a health issue and could cause the customer gastrointestinal issues. I can’t even get a refund unless I go back to the restaurant which is a waste of time and honestly I feel is just a deterrent tactic. Do better on training your employees!!

- DDDazza DrayDec 5, 20251.0Not one to normally complain. However. I work nights salting, plouging for pickering. This McDonald's is the cloest to my location. Amazing that it's always been open. Food Coffee is always fresh and hot. However. Often the burgers are dry, cold and the fries, you dont even have a mix of new and old fries, dry cold and soggy. Service hit and miss sometimes well trained polite something, they cut you off and just say anything else, anything, drive up. No total provided nothing. Then you wait for old food. I dont understand the miss connection. Atmosphere From the drive-thru not ideal working culture. If this helps with training or better service for another's perfect. I just hope they try to set a better service standard 🙏 good luck
