The young lightskin man working at the window went out of his way to help me figure out how to use the McDonald’s app, and he was incredibly patient and kind the whole time. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood how to access offers and rewards, and didn’t rush me at all. His professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. Customer service like that makes all the difference! He’s a real asset to the team!
