We used to be regular in this shop, it was so good, even we are in Ajax but always wanted to be in this location .. it used to be great with service, space and ambience... But then, Just like our neighboring country, the management decided to renovate and walk back... Now, this is one of the dirtiest McD, table service does not work, spaces are less than even downtown condos... And ambience went down... I am happy with our Ajax Mcd as well as the other mcd by liverpool.... Will never visit back here....

First time went to drive through asked for a large root beer with our meal, gave us diet coke Already Sceptical went a week later , had no choice it was the only mcdonald's nearby. Gave code for free fries. Apparently drive through worker didn't punch in when he ordered. Asked for a coffee with extra syrup with coffee tasted like water. 0 syrup Asked for smarties mcflurry, got oreo. Listen, I get if you make small mistakes like forgetting a sauce packet or maybe the order was cooked wrong. But whoever working the drive through has to be blindfolded or just messing around with the buttons. Drove up to drive through and it sounds like a zoo, no authority no supervision just mayhem, no wonder these guys got mediocre reviews. Is it that hard to work at mcdonald's ? I'm not asking for a billion items off the menu with 30 specifications or tweaks , like 5 items max. get it right or look for a new job!!!
