Poor staffing Girl was on her phone at the drive thru and i was ignored in the freezing cold at the pick up window where a staff member saw me and ignored me.. do better! Ur customer service is lacking!

I went in and ordered two xl coffees today. Upon walking out I took a sip. I sent my husband right back in. It was water cream no taste of coffee... He returned with new ones. I can say it was NOT ANY BETTER. I had accepted that it wasn't going to made to what coffee standards should be and left. Absolutely disgusting.. I paid for coffee and literally received water and cream with a hint of coffee. The lady was sweet and I place no fault on her! I do suggest if this is a complaint that you discard and make a new pot. Changing cups will and did not alter the taste

Bad service! First didn’t get order sheets printed out, then when I get home my happy meal lost main course which chicken nuggets. My kids crying for that! I don’t want to drive back to get it. Reminder everyone check your meal before you leave!

Drive through order. Asked for a hot mustard at the pickup window. Was told they're 30 cents and I'd have to go back around and pay for it. I mentioned how every other location I've been to would give 1 for free with a meal but charge for extras. Was told they don't do that here. Congrats, saved a sauce, lost a customer.

I used to come here every week with my son. The last time he and I were here, there were broken crack pipes, mini liquor bottles, and burnt foils all over the bathroom. There were a group of men with a bag of cannabis huddled in a corner, rolling blunts in plain view of everyone. The kids playground had a group of high schoolers hanging out at the top of the playground, throwing their food down the slides, getting ketchup and cheese and crumbs everywhere. I contacted McDonald’s about it and they said they’d have the manager get in touch, but it’s been weeks of them ghosting me, so I’m posting here. I’m sure someone will reply to this comment to apologize…but they won’t be sorry. They’ll be sorry that the public evidence will get someone in trouble.
