  Great Family Spot – Fun, Filling, and Affordable We visited East Side Mario’s with the family to celebrate a birthday, and it was a great experience all around. 🎉 Service & Experience Our server (who I think may have been the manager) was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and great with the kids. He made sure the kids’ meals came out quickly and even got them set up with colouring activities, which kept them entertained. The highlight? He brought out the robot with the birthday cake, and it actually sings! Huge hit with the kids (and adults). If you’re celebrating, definitely ask for the robot — it’s a fun touch. 🍝 Food & Drinks The food is exactly what you want from East Side Mario’s — tasty, filling, and great value. The all-you-can-eat bread was fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious with butter. Pasta and chicken dishes were solid, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed their meals. This isn’t fine dining — and it’s not trying to be. It’s the kind of place you go when you want reliable, satisfying food at a good price. The Violet Iced Tea Lemonade was a standout — refreshing, unique, and with refills, which is always a win. 🛵 Atmosphere The atmosphere is lively and fun, with quirky touches like an Italian moped hanging from the ceiling. There are also plenty of TVs, making it a great spot to catch a game while you eat. Final Verdict: A dependable, family-friendly restaurant with great service, fun extras, and solid food at a good price. 5 stars ✨ — we’ll definitely be back when the cravings hit.

  Crystal was our server and did a great job, she was very friendly and efficient. I got low on my drink and didn’t even have to ask for a refill. The food was also phenomenal!

  Food was amazing! Crystal was our server she was very good. And then when our server was busy, a gentleman came over to help. I did not get his name, but he was fantastic.

  We were assisted by Sophia on a very busy Saturday evening. She was assisting numerous tables at once with a smile and the customer service was top notch. We really appreciated dining here and I must say that we will be returning here for the service we recieved. To the manager at this location please give a shout out to Sophia for the hard work and efforts. Thank you for everything you do.

  I wanted to take a minute to give a shout out to Liana, who delivered truly exceptional service. Even while dealing with a leg injury, she showed up with professionalism, warmth, and an incredible level of attentiveness that made the entire experience memorable. It would have been completely understandable if she moved a little slower or kept things minimal, but instead she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with genuine care and grace. What stood out most was her attitude. Despite being in discomfort, she remained kind, patient, and fully present. That level of dedication says a lot about a person’s character and work ethic. Service like that is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. It was actually my first time visiting ESM, and while the food itself didn’t quite live up to the hype or expectations, the quality of service Liana provided absolutely did. In fact, her professionalism alone is enough reason I would gladly return. Quite honestly, Liana is management material. Anyone who can deliver impeccable service under those circumstances clearly has the leadership, resilience, and commitment that elevate a workplace. Thank you, Liana, for turning what could have been an ordinary visit into an experience worth remembering.
