I asked for meal well done and proceeded to tell me he can't that I was wasting food by asking them to make my meal well done. I don't know what kind of people they hiring now. Service and quality has dropped at this location since around the time I started seeing that guy working there. And he is supposedly a manager. My drink always tastes funny when that guy is working. If that's the type of people they are hiring now I will not return here. Not everyone should be handling food. Employees should be clean and hygienic and not be tampering with customers food Lost a customer that's been coming since they first opened and will not going back there.

I was upset because I upgraded my fries to a poutine and didn’t ends up finish eating them. It was overly fried, maybe they refried because it was old, not sure
