  I came to Taco Bell with my firends, it was the lunch hour and the place didn’t have to many people, we waited and all my firends got there food but me, who waited 30 minutes for some Churos, that were burnt, I was very unsatisfied with the experience and has made me put a different perspective on taco bell

  The food was great but not recommended for people who dont like mild to extremely spicy food Susan was very helpful with suggesting things to cleaning up for us the service was amazing great atmosphere would recommend nachos in conclusion everything was amazing -her daughter

  Absolutely horrible first experience at Taco Bell. I ordered a Veggie Bowl through the drive-thru and got home to find a bowl that looked half eaten. The portions were a joke and the presentation was embarrassing. It genuinely looked like someone had already picked through it before handing it out. When I drove back to have it corrected, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the manager had the audacity to blame me for “handling the food wrong.” That level of deflection is unbelievable. To make it worse, when I asked for a refund, he demanded the food back like I was trying to scam them. Terrible quality control, zero accountability, and even worse customer service. If this is how first-time customers are treated, I can confidently say there won’t be a second visit.

  Great food always and extremely nice staff. On our last visit, Himanshi, the girl that took our order, was so nice. She told us about the churros and how good they were, and she was right! The only problem was we needed more. The cream soda freeze is also addictive. We got one by accident on an order and we were immediately hooked, and we don't normally drink cream soda as it's too sweet. This is definitely our favourite takeout atm. Unfortunately, the app says they're closed so you have to order at the restaurant. I hope they fix it soon

  The slowest service I have ever experienced -they clearly haven’t been trained since the remodel. I have been there multiple times since the remodel (d-day) and it has only been going downhill. They clearly give preference to the drive through and will serve 50 cars before handing you your drink cup (if they remember). And today, for the last time (as I will not be returning), I was given a supposedly beef chalupa that was actually a bean chalupa with a little beef sprinkled on one edge. Horrendous standards and management. I feel bad for the Taco Bell brand as this restaurant is an embarrassment at the least. Corporate should investigate this abhorrence of a ‘restaurant’.
