He left the server to pick up the pieces. I won't be back.

Granted they were busy but I was sitting and watching other Waiters/Waitresses going back and forth regularly. Not our waiter. Took over an hour to get our food. We ordered Thanksgiving special which included ribs. When they brought our dinner, there were no ribs. Then others had cold fries that had to be replaced. We then had to ask again for our chalet sauce. I asked for another ice tea and it took 20 minutes to get but it was because someone reminded our waiter. Once we finished eating, the bills came and they were incorrect. Some of us had extra items that were not even ordered. The waiter then cursed as he went back to look over the bills. My husband went to the washroom and stopped to tell the waiter (so as not to do it in front of everyone) that he was here to celebrate with Friends and Family and that we were really not happy with his service. He started to freak out and we could hear the waiter cursing and swearing at my husband. There was a supervisor sitting behind us and I asked if this was normal. She did not seem to be too happy either. The waiter continued to curse and swear in the back and we were all ready to walk out. The other Supervisor came out and I asked him to speak to the Manager. He said he was in charge and I advised this behavior was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. We were never rude to him once even with all the errors etc. The Supervisor did take care of us but that service was the worst I have ever dealt with and we go to Swiss Chalet a lot. I advised the Supervisor that he needs to deal with that behavior before he speaks to the wrong person. Thankfully we had friends there to help celebrate but that went out the window with this huge blow up. So not happy with the service we got (prior to final outcome). Will likely not be back to this one Swiss Chalet again. Will be a bit concerned if something goes wrong again.
