- SHSheryl HDec 24, 20251.0Went in for the festive special and was informed when I got my meal that there was no stuffing. The server said that the hostess was supposed to be telling people. We should have been informed of that when we placed the order instead of left wondering where it was when the food came to the table. Also there's no replacement for the stuffing, you just don't get that part of the meal and if you want a different side then there's an added fee. My husband works for a different franchise restaurant as a server and this was handled very poorly. I honestly would have left if I had known that I couldn't get the festive special today but I didn't know that until the food was in front of me.

We ordered a rotisserie chicken on a bun as well as a quarter chicken (dark meat) dinner. The sandwich meal was fine but hardly had any fries on the side. The quarter chicken meal was brutal - the entire leg was missing and the other piece (which looked torn as opposed to carved or even cut) was stringy and dry - to top it off I found some organ meat inside the bit of the back 🤮 Based on a lot of reviewed here, this was not a one-off. Do better. EDIT: I tried to contact the restaurant as per the below and was advised that since I ordered through a third-party delivery service, I’d have to take it up with them. So I expect I won’t hear back from the restaurant on this awful experience.
