  I usually enjoy my visits here, but I had an unfortunate experience with a staff member during my visit on November 26th at 7:55 PM. Unfortunately, her demeanor came across as a bit rude, which made me feel uncomfortable. I truly believe in the importance of good customer service, and I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it can be addressed. I don’t want other customers to feel the way I did, and I believe a little extra training on customer service skills could go a long way in ensuring a positive experience for everyone. I appreciate your attention to this matter, and I’m sure it will be a step toward improving the overall atmosphere of the store. Thank you for listening.

  Best subway in town. Store was very neat and clean. I had veggie sub.

  I had to wait at the counter for a while before anyone even noticed me because they were too busy talking in the back
