(Noticed several 5 stars popped up praising this 2 months ago? 🤔) This location is in a mall. You will not smell fresh bread. There's just a counter. There's often nobody at the counter and you can see staff in the back but they'll leave you alone upwards of 5 minutes before offering help

They clearly just microwaved them and tossed them in a bag. When I complained that they weren’t fresh, the staff were rude and lied straight to my face saying they “just made them.” What a joke. The people here have zero customer service skills and no idea how to properly run a store. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Subway completely.
