  Worst staff ever. I'm waiting here for the order from last 20mins and then just now they started making my order. Not busy at all. All are free standing and talking with each other. 2 girls and one boy in the kitchen going here and there with no work. Walking and doing work too slow like zombies. Worst staff ever!!

  Horrible pizza the dipping sauce had melted it was disgusting my advice got somewhere else papa John's makes disgusting food

  ordered salami but they dont have it so they called right away and asked if i could change my preference. They even gave us free drink and sauces. Nice move

  Last week I had food poisoning from the pizza. I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager. I was told the manager wouldn’t be there until 5 o’clock. So I called back at 5 o’clock, and the manager still wasn’t available. The next day I called again and asked for a manager after 5 o’clock I was told the manager is not there. After four attempts in calling and speaking to the manager about my food poisoning and leaving my number with a request to hear back from the manager, they still didn’t call so hoping to get a refund for my pizza, I walked into the pizza store and handed them the box of the remainder of the pizza, and I was told the manager is not there and I would not get a refund. I am a senior on a budget, will never order from them again. And further I will call Peterborough Public Health. Whatever happened to customer service? I was treated rudely and ignored, and I think that is deplorable.
