  I stopped by the Mr. Sub on Chemong Road in Peterborough and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, three staff members greeted me warmly – super friendly and welcoming right away. I ordered a breaded chicken sub, and they prepared it expertly. They took real care with layering the vegetables and sauces, making sure everything was perfectly balanced. It turned out delicious – one of the best subs I’ve had in a while. The place was spotlessly clean, and even the bathroom impressed me with good water pressure, plenty of paper towels, and soap available. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Outstanding service, great food, and a clean spot – definitely five stars. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area!

  Better then Subway but not as good as Firehouse. All in all best bang for your buck subs around

  So I get a free pizza sub from the marinara sauce section it's my free birthday sub. It's not ready when I get there even though it says workers are notified ten minutes before pickup. No marinara sauce on the pizza sub from the marinara sauce section. Literally tell me I'm lying to them. It didn't have pizza sauce because for some reason marinara sauce doesn't come standard on it...why is it in that section. So because of a faulty system that asks me if I want pizza sauce I didn't get either sauce I call to complain and they said that's the way I ordered it very rude as well.....so if it is indeed the way I ordered it why doesn't it even have marinara sauce???? I just wanted them to remake it with sauce on it but I guess I'm just a liar and marinara sauce doesn't come on subs from the.....marinara sauce section....kept insisting I got the Cesar sauce I asked for which I did but yeah no marinara or pizza good thing I only get my one free sub a year and this is why. Please make sure your employees do better. Not interested in contacting head office to waste more time I simply want my sub re made the way it should have been and will continue to update this
