She made it her mission to ensure we were well taken care of and provided great entertainment between courses. Highly recommend the spinach dip appitizer to start each meal! The brisket shows up tender and composed, like it had a full eight hours of therapy. The ribs cooperate without a scene. The fries are crisp. The slaw has personality. If that’s your thing. There’s that low hum of wood smoke in the air. Tables full of people doing the silent nod after the first bite. Portions that don’t apologize. If that’s what you’re into. Service is easygoing, borderline smug in its competence. Drinks refilled before you notice they’re empty. Food landing hot, on time, every time. If care about that kinda stuff. So yeah, it’s fine. Perfectly acceptable barbecue. If you’re into really good food. If that’s what you’re into.

And the food is the best quality I’ve had in a long time it keeps getting better , everytime I go
