    It's good, but the only bad thing is that if you want to enter the washroom, you have to ask the staff to open the door because it's locked.

    I gave 3 because the morning staff is fine and dandy. However, when you give the code on the app, there's a notification to verify your code went through. I noticed I didn't get it and thought maybe it was a glitch, but when I refreshed my app, the transaction isn't even in the purchase history. My assumption is they punch in their own code, but that's just a guess. The cherry on top is that my coffee also does not taste good, I'm still suffering through this thing. Foul behavior.

    There was no cashier present for many minutes as the restaurant was busy with drive through and carry out orders. Times have changed for the dine in crowd.

    Want some rage bait?? Use their drive thru. 95% cant understand you, they apparently cant see cameras of line ups and pick one lane to take orders from! I have no idea why I put myself in this position. I guess i am hopefull that it will get better!! Its totally insane! 99% of the time they Repeat wrong orders... because they dont understand English. OR if your even braver try going into this establishment,I was there after Santa Claus parade. Short staffed as always!! Had some student who I am guessing was on a break since she stood at counter making amazon purchases. If they are on a break, get away from counter or help your struggling fellow workers! This place is ridiculous!! I realize they get federal or provincial help in paying new students, i am all for them working. But have them understand English. This used to be a great place. As a side note who ever is the manager... have more staff on when there are events happening. You can pretty much guarantee many tournaments happen here on weekends. And in case ur just learning they happen A LOT in the winter and spring..Thursday are Pete's home games. Get things better organized
