  Food and quickness is often a hit or miss. We don’t let the kids play in the play place anymore. But most staff are courteous. They lock the rest room doors which annoys some people, and on one of our visits a man walked into the women’s washroom because he couldn’t be bothered to ask staff to open the door for him. My partner went and informed staff and they didn’t do anything about it! The last straw is I’ve complained about increased prices before but we just confirmed mc d’s particularly in Peterborough and surrounding areas have in fact increased their prices and are over charging customers. We will no longer be supporting these locations and will start frequenting other local fast food restaurants. Why pay more when we often have to longer than usually, or our order is messed up. We stopped getting it delivered a long time ago because food was always missing.

  Me and my friend went at 12.45 AM for getting an ice-cream in drive through they took the order and everything asked the flavour too but after that they were like our ice-cream machines are out of order I don't know if that's true because I've bought ice-cream after 12 AM through drive through many times.

  Just wanted to ask because I have visited so many McDonald’s!! is ice cream available after 12:00 AM in the McDonald’s drive-thru in 978 lansdown street McDonald’s? We asked the employee about the ice cream options and she told us what was available, but when we tried to order, she said the system was not accepting the order. Very disappointing service because of their laziness.

  I was at this location the other day, and I had brought my daughter to the Play Place her name is Ting for context. She had climbed up the equipment to play on it, and then went to go to the slide. When she entered the top of the slide I noticed a muddy, green, and brown smear down the slide. It was chunky and watery. I quickly realized that it was poop however, not quickly enough because by the time I could yell “Ting lookout there’s poop!” she has slid down through the wet, chunky, brown, and green shart. I was so appalled at the mess the employees failed to clean. My poor baby ting ting cried all the way home. Do better Mcdonald’s.

  On 23rd of October by 11:10 PM I was here to kick my DoorDash audit which was supposed to be picked up by 11:15 but I waited till 1132 for this order to get ready and then I was here to pick my next order by 1152, which was supposed to be picked up by 11:56 and these guys told that they have an issue in their System and they cannot see the order so they took the order details from me and told me that this will be ready in five minutes so you can wait outside for this order and I waited around 35 minutes for this order and the customer was calling me again and again to unassigned the order or Asking me how to cancel it because it's now been too late and by 1135. I have to lose that order automatically by DoorDash because that order was in picked up Within time, I don't know what customer service these guys provide. I never ever seen this problem in any other Maddy they just take around 5 to 10 minutes not more than that so these guys take like 30-35 minutes for one guy to serve And that also in nighttime when they have only 3 to 4 customers so is it that busy for you that you can't even make an order for 3-4 people in 10 to 15 minutes is that your customer service? please, if someone is looking this from management, please look after your team your shift managers how they are handling the shift And making the customers wait for 30 to 35 minutes When it's not even busy. I just don't wanna say any names on Google, but you might know that who else from your staff worked on that night and please look after these things that they don't make Anyone wait for that long. Hope I could rate in negative stars.
