- TDThe Yamaha dudeNov 15, 20252.0The lady who was working the window at 1am November 15th defiantly needs a refresher on what customer service is, pulled up and without even looking at me opened the window and shoves a debit machine in my face when I'm already holding cash out the window for her. i then proceed to tell her 3 times its cash before she finally looks at me and says "you need to pay" after realizing I'm paying with cash she snatches it out my hands, then instead of handing me my change like a normal person she barley reaches out causing me to hang out of my car, and then slams the change into my hands causing me to drop some of it on the ground and didn't even bother apologizing or offering me more change since it was her fault. she then does the same with my food, barley reaching out the window and aggressively handing me my food ( which the fries are cold as ice) i looked in the bag to make sure everything was there, noticing there was no dip, so i asked her for a dip and she goes "its in the bag" so i inform her its in fact not in the bag ( I have eyes and they do work ) so i asked her for another and she continues to tell me its in the bag. so this is where i get frustrated and tell her "look its not in the bag and i want another one please its that simple" so she then proceeds to charge me an extra 50 cents for a dip that i never got in the first place, i handed her a dollar, she handed me the sauce and just closed the window. so overall horrible customer service and got over charged for her mistake.

I just mentioned no Xtra salsa, well the condiments were as heavy as my entire breakfast. I got teegg mc muffins and 2 breakfast burritos. I love their burritos.either than they are literally 2 bite burritos .so good regardless lol. Hopefully levity from customer help MD 's make bigger portions.
