The lady behind the counter mentioned a snack wrap a individual salad and fries for $5 I was like Absolutely. Best meal for under $6 tax inc. No drink but for the $ well done. I dont like how kfc is telling customers to order from the electronic kiosk booooooo.

We kept calling repeatedly, but no one answered the phone. Their support/helper system is also not working. The restaurant was about to close, yet there was no response from their side. The payment was deducted, but there is no option to cancel the order or request a refund. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Very poor customer service and no accountability. We expect either our order or an immediate refund.

So I visited this KFC and asked if they are halal, the guy Sanju said it is 100% halal when I asked for certificate he said he is not allowed to show the certificate. Which is weird. And after that the way he treated me was pathetic. Zero customer courtesy, negative customer service. I would never visit this branch again. I am reading above reviews, it seems like owner is least bothered about customer service themselves and that’s the example they have said for the crew members that don’t treat customers nicely. Awful Pathetic Worst ever :(
