But no. The Buffalo sandwich came out like a flavor freight train, perfectly spicy and gloriously messy, just the way nature intended. A few beers later, I was emotionally attached to both my sandwich and our server, Laura — who somehow managed to be friendly, efficient, and immune to our dad-level jokes. The service was so good I briefly considered tipping in cryptocurrency just to show I’m serious about my appreciation. In short: 10/10, would let Laura talk me into another round again.
