My friends and I are all 19 and the freshly 19 one ordered an alcoholic drink, and my other friend and I ordered off their booze free menu. All of us were given alcohol though, and none of us were carded. I’ve never drank and actively don’t drink, but drank alcohol without realizing because of this. This could have been avoided by getting asked for ID, or their alcohol free drinks not being so closely named to the alcoholic ones. Hopefully this helps others who don’t drink and order off their booze free menu.

I asked the female bar tender "how can I win the white Packers T-shirt"? which is hanging in the bar area. She stated to me " I'll look into it" and continued to work the bar. 15 min later I asked her again about the T-shirt her reply was " I'm busy right now" in a disrespectful manner. I immediately looked at my wife and asked her what was that, did you just hear her?? My wife said to ignore her. We decided to ask for our bill, paid and departed the property and preceeded down the road to Chucks Roadhouse where we enjoyed our time there and was treated respectfully.

He was quick to take our orders, brought everything promptly, and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our meal. It has been a long time since I have had such an attentive, pleasant and funny server. Thank you JP! You are a gem! You were most deserving of my bonus tip!
- CVCharlene VDec 20, 20254.0My husband is a very picky burger guy. Always asks for it to be very well cooked and is always very specific and clear. He only mentioned to the server that it was not done to his satisfaction and to our surprise our meal was on the house. This was absolutely unexpected and very much appreciated. Great customer service. We did also have to wait some time for our food and not sure if that was part of the reason that the meal was compensated. We will come back to this establishment for sure.
