  My husband and i ushally go there, couple times year, have had 0 problems this this last time we went. We took our kids and it was great at first ..our server took our orders, drinks they were great till they forgot my daughters. Brought us wrong calamari we asked for not spice. They gave us hot one. We didn't complain, till they started bring our meals out, and my husbands meal was brought out first, which we thought was the kids, cause we ordered for our kids 7minutes before, we decided what we wanted first. Then we wait a long time to find out they actrually forgot our kids meals. I asked for Soup. They brought me salad. they had to even replace my chicken on my meal cause it was burnt and crispy, they replaced , but same thing still burnt and crispy... so then we just got our reciept.. and left. Yes they were kind enough to give us a small discount, and take off the 2 kids meal from our bill.

  Diane ( the owner) was very welcoming and polite, My server Abby V, looked after my son and I perfectly. Food was amazing, I would definitely recommend bringing your family to this location!

  Service was outstanding and the food was top dollar, bathrooms were cleaners than at home and I enjoyed the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. I really enjoyed my waiter who was super kind and was going over the top with his service his name was Michael. If the manager gives anybody a raise it should go to him. Overall it was a 12/10 experience with top notch service.

  We have visited this location many times and only ever encountered one bad experience prior to this one, that one being handled extremely well. This time we entered the location and it was freezing cold, we all felt like we needed to leave our coats on just to keep warm. Then we were seated and noticed all of our side plates that are at the table when seated were filthy, we politely asked for new ones, no big deal really it happens, everyone at the table ordered and I then ordered the kids meal pepperoni pizza for my 12 year old daughter (she looks older then she is) the waitress then said to me I can give her the lunch pizza but cannot give her the kids meal because she’s not a child, to which I gave a little giggle and said oh she’s only 12 actually she was born in 2013 but we get that a lot I would show you her ID but I don’t have it on me. She then gave a weird look at my daughter like we were liars. She ignored what I said and brought just the lunch pizza (it was larger then the kids meal one and didn’t come with the dessert that the kids meals come with) I didn’t question anything at the restaurant because it was a family member that took us for lunch that day so I wasn’t paying. However I don’t feel you should deny someone a kids meal no matter the age (what if that’s all they could afford) especially after being told that the child is in fact a child. If I was ordering to go, would you question if I actually had children at home? Very dissatisfied with this experience.

  I visited this location with a friend to enjoy lunch before running some errands. I usually order the Chicken Amatricana at East Side, as it’s one of my favourite pasta dishes. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was very greasy, and it was clear something had gone wrong with the sauce. After eating some of the dish, I began feeling unwell and experienced stomach discomfort. This was very disappointing, as I’m typically a big fan of East Side, but this experience has made me hesitant to return to this particular location.
