We went through the drive through and let them know about the same. We placed our order and as we went to the window, she took our coupons. She didn’t have her nametag on her but it was probably a teenage kiddo. She opened the window to say that we couldn’t use the coupons but their manager who was really kind stopped her from saying so and she shut the window abruptly. She then opened the window again and said “for future, it’s one coupon per person” and then closed the drive through window again while her supervisor kept saying “it’s okay”, she was really rude and unkind throughout the entire interaction. I wish she listened to her supervisors and was not this unpleasant to deal with it. She probably was having a bad day but I guess it takes a really mature person to not pass that along. She just further added to the turmoil of our day. I wish we had not gone to this location. Her energy travelled before her words did.
