  We had Jaiden B today as our server. His phenomenal because he is very attentive, witty and the perfect amount of service without being overbearing. At East Side Mario’s there is a lot going on, we never had to wait for a thing. He went the extra mile on top of it all. I’ll be asking for him to be our server next time. I also wanted to mention that all the staff were very friendly and the food was perfection. This is all coming from someone who was a general manager at another big name restaurant franchise for many years. Thank you for a great Friday night supper!

  I went along with 5 of my friends to this restaurant on a weekday for the lunch. I ordered the junior chicken parmigiana, which was above average. We were told the order would be ready in around 10mins, but it took more than 20 mins, even though the restaurant had about 70% of it's seats unoccupied.

  Visited after dark. Might as well have eaten in the car, as the "bar area" was nearly pitch dark. Could not read the menu, so simply ordered something from memory. Service in the "bar area" was rather lacking. So much for AYCE soup, salad, and bread. I feel lucky to have scored one bowl of soup, and one serving of soft drink. Not so much as an offer of a refill. A disappointing experience. This visit in stark contrast to other ESM's that I have visited. That said, human beings run the place, may have been an "off" night.

  Sam provided amazing service. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly fast at bringing out the unlimited dishes. He even doubled up on orders to keep everything flowing without us having to ask. He remembered every request- which sets him apart from other servers. Only issue was the overall cleanliness of the seating area, which could improve, but thats not on Sam.

  Me and my brother came in Sunday, April 5 around 7:30pm for dinner. We were sat pretty quickly, but after that, it pretty much went downhill. It took about 20 minutes for the waiter to come and take our order for drinks, we never received any bread or salad while everyone around us received such items. I had to eventually ask for bread and when I did I was questioned if we were going to order entrees. We got one loaf of bread and never received salad. Also to keep in mind it was not that busy and it’s like our waiter forgot about our table. Pretty disappointing and frustrating to have everyone around us having great service and that not be reciprocated.
