  Just terrible. Super long wait and the French manager put his hand in my food bag after I sat down to check and realize he got the burgers wrong. It was hillarious and gross, told me not to worry about it when his hand touched my food.

  Appalled by the service and behavior I received this morning. I did an online mobile order around 6 o'clock this morning intending to pick it up on my way to work. Unfortunately I guess my order did not go through (even though on my phone it said differently), the young gentleman at the front counter was absolutely no help and just stating that they didn't have my order. Annoyed I said okay then thanks and went to leave as I was already late for work, when I overheard him complaining to another coworker that I just got up and left. The other extremely rude coworker then started pointing at me while laughing, I went back in confronting him to see if he was being rude and his response was "what's it benefit you if I was" while actually laughing in my face. Incredibly rude behavior, and I have no doubt in my mind he's probably always that rude.

  On Feb 28, 2026 in Petawawa, store staff ignored me when I came to pick up a ready order. And the employees was gossiping with each other. Later the manager told me he will block my Dasher ID and said not to come again. I did nothing wrong. I felt disrespected. Please check and confirm if I am blocked.” This is not acceptable. This happened with me 4th time..
