  Kelsey’s was amazing, great food. Our server Jo was so friendly and made sure we had what we wanted: coffee, dessert and sauces.

  We ordered a Quesadilla, poutine, a steak sandwich and 2x pepsi. we called in the order to pickup instead of doordash because there was no option to customize to remove the jalapenos that come on the quesadilla… upon arriving at kelsey’s i was greeted by a nice young lady who told me it would just be a few more minutes. A few minutes go by and i go to pay for my order ($76) I thanked and went out to my car. I noticed the bag felt light, the drinks were not in the bag, I walked back in to get my drinks that if i had not checked i wouldn’t notice they were missing, the girl said “oh im so sorry yes that was called in for the order it wasn’t written down no worries it’s on me you don’t have to pay for them” I’m confused by that as my bill was 76$ for said items above…? (was I charged for them OR not). Once home, I notice my quesadilla has ONLY cheese and tomato on it… what kind of VEGGIE quesadilla only has tomato’s (a few sprinkles) and cheese which i did not eat.. for 22$ I would have been better off going to Quesada down the road for HALF the price of that and got all kinds of veggies… very disappointed

  We had a great experience at Kelseys tonight, our server was Aiyssa C, she was very joyful, was quick and took great care of us. She had our appetizer and kids food come at the same time, which made our date night so nice! Thank you so much! We will be back!

  I had a really enjoyable experience at Kelsey’s Original Roadhouse and would give it a solid 4/5. Right from the start, the atmosphere stood out. The restaurant has a warm, casual roadhouse vibe that makes it a great spot to relax, whether you’re there with friends, family, or just grabbing a meal. The setting feels welcoming and comfortable without being too loud or crowded. The food was definitely a highlight. There’s a great variety on the menu, from classic burgers and ribs to lighter options, so there’s something for everyone. Everything I ordered came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and it felt like good value for what you get. The service was good overall. The staff were friendly and attentive, checking in at the right times without being overbearing. There were moments where things felt slightly slow, but nothing major enough to take away from the experience. Overall, Kelsey’s Original Roadhouse delivers a solid dining experience with great food, a comfortable atmosphere, and good service. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to others.
