Stood in line at the counter over my lunch break for 5 minutes and was not even acknowledged. I get it’s busy sometime, and wait times are expected, but to not even say hello I’ll be with you in a moment is very poor customer service. Priority goes to drive thru. Petawawa, Ontario
- DFDavid FosterNov 5, 20251.0My wife and I went into Taco Bell, Petawawa Ontario location around 1145am on Wednesday ( today) There were 3 visible workers behind the counter, 1 at the drivethru window and 2 doing food. We waited at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged at all. Puralator even came in with a delivery, waved someone down for a signature and then left. While the employee was signing for the package she did not even make eye contact with us. I am not sure what their counter policy is but the drivethru was not crazy busy and we waited for over 5 min then just left. If they are doing drivethru only, they should put a sign on the counter, not just straight up ignore customers. This was a great example of what not to do in the customer service industry.

Nights are scattered and dirty. Weekdays are fast, clean and efficient. Male manager might be the problem, heard he flirts with his very much younger night staff :(. Food is always wrong or not put together right at night either. First time in a while and will stick to my lunchtime visits during the week. Owner should be investigating his behavior. Very unprofessional and rude man.
