- DFDavid FosterNov 5, 20251.0My wife and I went into Taco Bell, Petawawa Ontario location around 1145am on Wednesday ( today) There were 3 visible workers behind the counter, 1 at the drivethru window and 2 doing food. We waited at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged at all. Puralator even came in with a delivery, waved someone down for a signature and then left. While the employee was signing for the package she did not even make eye contact with us. I am not sure what their counter policy is but the drivethru was not crazy busy and we waited for over 5 min then just left. If they are doing drivethru only, they should put a sign on the counter, not just straight up ignore customers. This was a great example of what not to do in the customer service industry.
