  Always nice when you walk in and order a coffee and the 4 people who order at the cashier get their full meals before you. And then having to ask for my coffee that was no longer pm the screen, hadn't been made and was forgotten about

  Solid McDonald’s overall — food is consistent, staff are friendly, and the order is almost always correct. Coffee is exactly what you expect and the price is right. The only real issue (and why I can’t give 4 stars) is the drive-thru speed. Even when there are just 3–4 cars ahead, you’re easily looking at 10–15 minutes minimum. I often stop in just for a large coffee on my way to work and still end up late because the line barely moves. Mornings and lunch rush are the worst. Inside is usually faster, but in winter or when you’re in a hurry, sitting in the drive-thru that long is frustrating. If they could speed it up even a little, this location would easily be 4 stars for me. Still my go-to McD’s in Bradford, just learned to add extra time when I’m in the car.

  When I went up to place my order at the drive-through I was like can I please have no fry and can I get a pic with it and the lady really really said a protein is a fry which I know, but she didn’t need to tell me I did not want the regular brother with it instead I need to be told that the pine had fries in it can you please find out who this was and get it fixed? I felt very thrown off and I really just wanted to pull out and not pay any.

  Very disappointed today with the product I received in Perth at the McDonald’s on Hwy 7. Having asked for a McChicken, being drawn in by a photo displaying a lovely juicy chicken patty far outsizing the bun, I received what can be seen in the photos. Where in this decent world does one advertise this way only to hand out something so different?! The employee at the drive-thru window was very kind and helpful, and I really appreciated her friendly demeanor. Too bad the product I received was so substandard. Losing faith in McDonald’s after 50 years of being a customer.
